Hi Erin. Always enjoy and learn so much watching your videos and recomendmy friends.Watched your video about travel and what to wear Me and my husband we live in Colorado Fort collins. We took a trip to London and Norway in June got back on June 15th. I thought I saw you at the airport at laggege . Just was wondering. But I used all your fashion tips and fashion .Londin was great so much more in current style than in Colorado

What drives me crazy is why more winter coats don't have a cinched waist built in. Years ago I had the most beautiful white CK down coat. It had a large elastic panel at the waist that cinched it in and looked amazing. I wore that one out and haven't seen such a good coat since. So many styles are made so boxy and shapeless. I know that's a "look" but it's not flattering on most of us.

I am that girl that loves to dress up when none in my social group do. I had to beg them to wear red lips when we did a Santacon costume. I mean they were less scared to wear a santa dress than a red lip?? Or they dress nice but boring as hell. I judged you in another video where you posted the Paris punk dress. Having family in italy and having been for extended periods, i agree with this. Italians are more formal and do not wear shorts unless in very familiar surroundings.

I’ve packed with a carry-on and personal item bag for years now. It means being really mindful. Going on a Rhine cruise in a few days and color palate is black, tan, and cream/white. 3 shoes. Walking sneakers, shoes for the ship, and black pointy heeled flats for 2 fancy events. The older I get ( now 62 ) the easier I want my hair style. Compression bags are a must and so is an AirTag, which comes in handy when an Intl flight says your bag is too heavy. My goal is to leave more room for purchases!

I am going to Europe for 4 months with my husband, 19 year old son and 11 year old daughter. We are starting in the Mediterranean, Germany, Austria, Switzerland for autumn, Christmas markets and Norway for Christmas, Scotland for New Year plus points in between. What suggestions do you have for packing for a yacht trip in early September to hunting for Northern Lights in December? I’m struggling with getting our winter wear in a carry on. I’m probably going to have to let go of the carry on only idea. I also like to shop when I travel, but I think I’m going to have to send things home periodically throughout the trip.

I live in Old town, Stockholm, and I can spot a tourist from a mile away. It doesn't matter what you wear. What matters is how you act. Being polite and low key while being curious of your surroundings is the way to go. Believe me, I get stopped att least three times a day by tourists who ask for directions. The older man and his wife who asked for directions to IKEA yesterday because it was "very important to him" were so cute, and very polite. Dressed in outdoor wear, which is very appropriate for walking in Stockholm for > 4 hrs on a cloudy day. The best advice in the video was by far the shoes. Wear comfy shoes for the cobblestones. Remember that the stones are slippery as hell when it rains, so you need something with a good grip. Besides from that, wear what you want but if you promptly want to look Scandinavian just wear clothes that are blue, white, brown, black or grey. Match a lighter top with dark jeans or chinos or a really dark top with lighter jeans/chinos and you'll be fine. Bring a raincoat or a shell jacket for the rain.

This is so inspiring. I'm 46 going through perimenopause. 5"2. Always have tried to lose between 5 to 10lbs most of my adult life. I now have belly fat and bigger legs. Pear shape so all bottom heavy but i do gain around my arms also. I can totally relate I did keto during covid and actually lost all the stubborn pounds and lost it and then some. I like the way that I felt also on keto but I did feel a little smaller than I should have been and weak. I ended up having hair loss so I'm not sure if that was from the weight loss or covid or both. Here I am a few years later . I'm back to where I started and cutting carbs is not enough. I'm so fatigued and discouraged, I don't have energy to work out anymore. 😭 I needed this so much. I have Incorporated some supplements that my body is lacking. I'm cutting added sugars and carbs. Only fish and veggies. Trying to drink more water and green tea. Not going to give up. Thank you for this video❤

I never understood the concern about "looking like a tourist". So what ? What's wrong with being a tourist ? Tourists help the local economies. Do we need to pretend we're from the place we're visiting ? When I see tourists on the streets in NY, Philly, or Washington (places I'm often in for biz &/or family), I'm thankful that they find these places worth visiting and I look to make them feel welcome.

As someone who travels a lot these are some great tips. I especially agree with the fact you need to use every bit of space carefully. Stuff your shoes with socks if you can. I live in Europe and one thing I always see are tourists who don’t understand the overhead locker space issues on inter Europe flights. This is very different to long haul flying. You want to stand in the queue early and get on that flight as early as possible. Airlines like Lufthansa are a true flight for space. I also see people book discount carriers for these short flights and you have no hope of ever being allowed two pieces of luggage onboard an airline like east jet. Do your research in advance and book accordingly!!
